Our unique collection is designed to help families create beautiful, meaningful art together and elevate their living spaces with warmth and creativity.
At Craftscy, we work diligently to deliver products of elevated design and quality in a timely manner. However, if you receive a product that is damaged, defective, or different from what you ordered, you may request a return.
- All returns must be in original packaging with tags and labels intact.
- To claim a refund or replacement, customers must provide a video of the package being opened.
- If a replacement is requested, we will dispatch the new product within 7 days.
- For returns, pickup will be arranged within 4–7 working days.
- Refunds will be credited to your account within 10–14 working days.
- Refunds will be processed to the same account used for the original purchase (online banking, credit card, or debit card).
- Special Instruction: Personalized products are not returnable.
Cancellation Policy
We cannot accept cancellations for custom-made or custom-cut items after 5 hours of order placement.
